In the second quarter of 2024, Tower Defense games continued to captivate mobile users. Sensor Tower's data provides a snapshot of how top games in this category performed on the unified platform.

Plants vs. Zombies™ experienced a steady increase in weekly active users, reaching 851K by the end of June, up from 745K at the beginning of April. While downloads peaked at 198K in the last week of June, revenue trends were negligible with a brief spike in mid-April.

Plants vs. Zombies™ 2 maintained a consistent user base, with active users hovering around 700K throughout the quarter. Downloads saw a slight increase towards June, and revenue exhibited modest fluctuations, ending the quarter with a notable $44K in the last week.

Rush Royale: Tower Defense TD saw its revenue peak at $866K in late May, with weekly active users maintaining a baseline of around 2.2M. Downloads, however, showed a downward trend, dipping to 98K by the end of June.
